What should you expect at your first visit to Prosper Chiropractic?

• First, you’ll be greeted by a member of our staff to check-in for your appointment.

• At the front desk, you can turn in your new patient paperwork or begin filling out your paperwork.

• In-take exam with Dr. Roberts including: vital signs, weight, review patient history, medications, lifestyle. X-rays will be ordered if necessary.

• Orthopedic neurological exam with Dr. Roberts.

• Formulation and discussion of treatment plan.

• Treatment (unless exam indicates otherwise).

• Scheduling of future visits.
